Meet the
Ramírez Navarro Family
We are the Ramirez-Navarro family, our founder and father of the family, Mr. Alexis Ramirez, was a farmer that dedicated his entire life to agriculture. He started growing coffee in 1990 on land inherited by Anabel, our mom, from our grandparents.
In 2015 as an overcoming challenge, we made the big step of building our own micro-mill, "Los Campos" with the idea of processing the coffee ourselves in order to focus on the quality and traceability of our micro-lots and stop depending on the cooperative system.
Working via direct trade has always been a dream and we are proud to offer our lots in Europe via Grounds Costa Rica.

Fermentation Processes
We specialize in anaerobic and aerobic fermentation processes. In the absence of additional ingredients, the natural microorganisms of the coffee cherry play a vital role in the final taste and aroma.
Our Varieties
Roasted Coffee
Our commitment to quality means we grow specialty varieties such as F1 Esperanza and Geisha, renowned for their unique flavors and aromas, in addition to traditional favorites like Caturra, Catuaí, and Typica.
